Alex is an Associate in the commercial team at Robert James Lawyers, specialising in taxation. With a meticulous and client-focused approach, Alex provides advice on a range of commercial matters, including:

• Federal and state tax regimes as they apply to you and your business

• Relationship agreements (e.g. partnership agreements, shareholder agreements etc.)

• Private fund raising (e.g. private financing and security agreements)

Before joining Robert James Lawyers, Alex gained experience working in a corporate tax team at a Big Four accounting firm.
