Christine is a Senior Associate in our litigation team. She has a particular focus on intellectual property, employment law, and privacy matters, and handles both the litigation and commercial aspects of these dynamic areas.

 

Christine primarily advises:

• Large multi-million dollar and SME clients in relation to Fair Work Ombudsman investigations and litigation

• Employers in unfair dismissal and general protections claims in the Fair Work Commission and in the Federal courts

• Clients in enforcing their trademarks and other intellectual property, maximising brand protection, developing licence agreements for clients’ IP

• Clients with privacy law related queries, including in relation to data breaches
