Christopher is a Senior Associate in the commercial team, practising in general corporate and commercial law. 

 

Christopher's main areas of practice are:

• Commercial and retail leasing

• Property and business sales and purchases

• Private equity fundraising (e.g. share or unit subscription agreements, private financing and security agreements)

• Tax (including payroll tax, land tax, transfer duty, income tax and capital gains tax)

Christopher has acted for and advised clients in various industries and ranging in size from high net wealth individuals and family offices to small and mid-sized businesses through to national businesses.
