Henry is an Associate in the commercial team, practicing in general commercial law, with a focus on pharmacy, medical and allied health, and property and leasing. 

 

Henry primarily advises on:

• Business sales and acquisitions

• Sale agreements

• Relationship agreements (e.g. partnership agreements, shareholder’s agreements)

• Leasing matters (leasing advice and documents)

• Property development

• Pharmacy location rules

• Pharmacy regulatory matters

• Other general commercial matters

 

Henry holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Legal Studies, and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2020. Henry spends his spare time being tragically devoted to his beloved Melbourne Football Club and AFL generally.
