Margaret practices in commercial and property law. She has significant experience providing guidance on business sales and acquisitions and assisting with these transactions, as well as establishing, maintaining and advising on corporate structures and advocating for her clients in commercial dispute resolution.

Margaret has unique experience in matters relating to the franchising and pharmacy sectors, having advised both franchisors and franchisees in relation to their obligations under the Franchising Code of Conduct, and pharmacists in relation to PBS supplier requirements and state pharmacy regulations.
